The last time the Bengals faced the Pittsburgh Steelers, Cincinnati fans saw the former Ohio State Buckeye Santonio Holmes scamper down the sidelines for a 67 yard touchdown in overtime to give Pittsburgh a 23-17 win.
That win eventually knocked the Bengals out of playoff contention. That was the second year in a row that Bengals fans saw their team's season end at the hands of the Pittsburgh Steelers. In 2005, no Bengals fan can forget Carson Palmer suffering a devastating knee injury in the Wild Card Playoff after he was hit by then Steeler and former Bengal, Kimo Van Oelhoffen. After that playoff game, then Steeler head coach Bill Cowher led the Steelers in their version of the "Who Dey" chant, which has helped renew this rivalry.
Even though Marvin Lewis is from the Pittsburgh area and even coached for the Steelers, he has a tough time beating them as the head coach of the Bengals.
Lewis has never defeated the Steelers in Cincinnati as the Bengals head coach. The last time the Bengals beat the Steelers in Cincinnati was back in 2001. On the other hand, the past two seasons the Bengals have defeated the Steelers in Pittsburgh.
With the Steelers coming to Paul Brown Stadium to battle the Bengals this Sunday, we want to know, who do you think is the Bengals biggest rival?
