Police shut down a road after a head-on crash in Burlington, Kentucky Wednesday afternoon.
Officials say a van and truck collided head-on in the
8600 block of Locust Grove Road just before 5:45 p.m.
A witness says Locust Grove Road was closed in the area of the accident.
Two medical helicopters were called to the scene.
