The need is even greater this year for the Caring With Coats campaign.
In previous years, Caring with Coats worked one year ahead.
For example, the coats that were collected in 2007, were cleaned and prepared for distribution in 2008.
However, due to an increase in families needing help over the last year, the current coat supply at Northern Kentucky's Brighton Center will not last through this winter.
Clifton Bear of the Brighton Center says the Center has seen more and more families needing help to feed and clothe their loved ones.
