WoW! how sad for everyone involved. Everyone stop bashing each other and relize; their is alot of family members hurting. Although, it was very selfish of this gentlman to take anothers life. Have we not all gotten mad enough; to feel like we really want to hurt someone. Or when you can't have someone; that you want so bad. Havn't we all felt this way before. Havn't we done stuff that we have regreted later. He must of snapped. That's no excuse. But it's done and we can't take it back. He can't go to counceling now. Too late! But we can comfort the one's hurting. Instead of bad mouthing the deceased. Even if she wasn't a perfect wife. She didn't deserve to give her life to her exhusband. I'm sure he wasn't by far perfect either. Or she wouldn't have divorced him. Rest in peace.

This is Liz, the daughter of James Donaldson. I would like to thank everyone who has not bad mouthed my father and understands that it is a tragedy for both families involved. Everyone is going through mixed emotions. This is a time that we don't know weather to be angry or hurt. I keep thinking when I wake up this was just a nightmare. This was not my fathers true self and I can't explain nor do I want to try to explain his actions that tragic day. My mother passed when I was only 10 and my father took the best care of us as he could. Even when we would get in trouble, no matter how bad it was, he stood by our side and told us everything would be ok. He was always a kind and loving man and I am truly upset by his actions but I know this wasn't him. He was very hurt and depressed and something just made him snap. And I would also like to say that I am very sorry for the children and family members of Pam. None of us deserve or should have to go through this. It is a tremendous tragedy for all involved. And I would like to make it clear that I do not agree with my fathers actions but never the less that does not change my feelings or love for my father. And I would greatly appreciate if the negative comments would stop for my family and myself and for all families involved..........I love you dad and will miss you forever.......

Lilmissmommy~ I was not trying to attack your family; I understand that you are all deeply saddened and grieving. I was just feeling like alot of negativity was directed toward Pam and that was not called for. I saw your post and I cannot even imagine the pain your family is experiencing. This is a true tragedy for everyone involved.

RRoth thank you very much. We all wish it wouldn't have as well. And to the other people who made comments, I agree that she didn't deserve to have her life taken away. And if I have said anything badly about her it was out of anger and morning on top of being upset about what others are saying about my grandfather. On another topic I a lot of you have been saying that no one has the right to murder anyone. And while I agree with you I still feel as if it's saying under certain circumstances it's not okay because of the death penalty. Don't get me wrong here what she did to him did not make it okay for him to take her life I'm just saying that just because someone has a trial and is put on death row shouldn't be okay either but so many of you sentence people to death or wish people dead. What happened to the saying only God can judge me?

i dont care what any one does there is never a reason to go murder someone.i know this is a very difficult time for his family too but dont come on here talking badly about the woman he murdered. she did not deserve to have her life taken away like that.

I'm glad he had his right to a gun. Course it made her lose her right to life.
