West Chester police have taken a man into custody who is accused of trying to rape a 16-year-old girl Friday morning.
Police arrested Stephen Toy at a house on Cindy Lou Court around 1:45 p.m.
The girl told police Toy attacked her in his semi and bound her hands.
Police said the girl ran into a learning center asking for help.
According to police, the girl knows Toy and they were out together since Thursday night.
A second person was also brought out of the house in handcuffs. Their name has not been released.
Investigators said they found Toy's truck not far from the Wal-Mart on Cincinnati Dayton Road.
The girl was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
