On Friday our nation is remembering another anniversary of 9/11.

The images, sounds and emotions are still fresh in a lot of our minds.

Almost 3,000 people lost their lives that day eight years ago. Most people remember where they were or what they were doing when they heard what happened.

Every year on the anniversary of that horrific day, many people across the United States attend memorial services, observe moments of silence, say quiet prayers, and fly American Flags.

Eight years after the attacks, do you think our country is more safe or less safe? Les us know in the comment section below, our Facebook page or our TalkBack section on Twitter.
