Rumpke's tire shredding plant in St. Clair Township has partially reopened after a serious accident involving a worker last week.
Scott Johnson fell into a tire shredder Thursday as he tried to clear a jam. He remains in critical condition.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Rumpke are both investigating the accident.
The plant won't be fully operational until the investigation is complete.
