A 15-year-old girl is dead after police she was stabbed during an altercation in West Chester Thursday night.
The stabbing took place around 8 p.m. at the North Pointe apartment complex on Westwind Avenue.
Emergency crews rushed the teen to Mercy Fairfield Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
