As long as companies can hire them and get away with it- it will not stop. End the company and give them a hefty fine- seeze all their money- it isn't legal anyway and let them pay their own way home. Well I feel if they are in this country illegally they should be deported back, but who's not to say they won't just come back over to the usa and go to another city.
