CINCINNATI -- A man who police believe might be in the country illegally from Guatemala allegedly blew kisses at and offered a 10-year-old girl cash to come with him.

Cincinnati Police arrested 28-year-old Laureano Mendez-Reynoso around 11 Sunday night. Police say he twice tried to lure a girl; once on Saturday night, and another time on Sunday night. The last alleged attempt led to his arrest.
Police say the incidents happened on Underwood Place in Price Hill.
Mendez-Reynoso allegedly blew kisses at the girl, offered her cash, and beckoned her to come with him to the back of a building. He also exposed himself to the girl, cops say.
He is charged with two counts of criminal child enticement, which are misdemeanors. He is also facing a misdemeanor count of public indecency.
Mendez-Reynoso has a Price Hill address, but cops say he is from Guatemala. Immigration officials have been notified about his capture.
