On behalf of my family to the Missman family: Greg dated my sister Lisa years ago and we would like to send our condolences.

To those who want to continue arguing, Greg was in my platoon in afganistan. i was in the ambush. we are here to protect the people of afganistan who cannot protect them selves. you should see how greatful the people of this country are that we are here. it was a tradgidy that Greg was lost and we miss him deeply. but he believed in what we are doing here, and so do the rest of us. just because we are over here at war, doesn't mean we dont see what us citizens back home say. it is terrible that you people can sit here and bash a man who died for what he believed, not for what he was told to do. have some respect. we arent war monger or poor people looking for a hand out. i respect everyones opinion. but pick the right stage to express it.

I do have a comment about the arguing and dislike going on here. Please lets don't be at war with each other. Lets respect each others opinion, good or bad. We do have freedom of speech left, so lets hang on to it. Maybe some people vent on here through their comments, or are just having a bad day. With the constant bad news on tv and here, sometimes its hard to keep your chin up. lets keep the peace for Gods sake. Not taking anyones side, just trying to keep the peace..

What is this smith person's problem. This is about someone who served his country and died. If you are anti war, fine but please have the decency to express your views in another forum. They didn't make the decision; they are going to do what they are paid to do. What's wrong with you? To use this tragedy to pound your wacky ideas onto everyone is dispicable. Just remember, it's men & women who fought and died who have given you the right to make your disgusting comments.

Our heart goes out to the family of this brave hero. We thank them for their service to our country. Although we mourn the loss of any one of our brave men and women, it especially hits home when it's in your township.

kayekaye11...I'll be keeping your son in my prayers along with all of our soldiers. May God bring them all home safe when the job is done.

Being from Clermont County and a graduate of Amelia, my son is 19 and deploying in August, he is a graduate of GlenEste. I hold the faith that when it is your time it really is no matter where you are, My prayers are with the Missman family and no higher respect can be earned than to give ones life for OUR Country. God Bless you Greg and may our children see the results of all the soldiers efforts as we see the results of our fathers (my dad served in WWII and 2 of my brothers served in Vietnam. Pray to God this doesn't come to US soil, no one I'm sure agrees with War but the terrorists know when our country is not pulling together. I agree if you can't support our Military you should be put to walk in front of them maybe you'd appreciate what you have.
