You horrible people! Saying that poor woman deserved it! Im from Illinois and my friends went to kentuck for vacation. They were the only other boat on the lake. they said they they rounded a bend and saw a woman in the water several yards to the side of the drs boat. She saw them and began screaming "help me help me! God please help me hes going to kill me!"they didnt know if it was real or a joke. When the Dr. saw her screaming he turned the boat towards her as my friends made their way toward them. He gunned it and ran her over then backed up and parked on top of her. My friends asked where the screaming woman was and he said she was swimming under the boat. He bent down and acted as if he were calling her up. They saw bloody claw marks on his back and then saw isabels body floating beneath the boat. Dr jumped in and held her upright and tried to make it look like she was still alive. My friends drove off because he was reaching into the boat and they thought he might have a gun. He used isabels arm to act as if she were waving goodbye. they described his demeanor saying that he was calloused, acting like everything was ok and that his wife was simply diving. He smiled and acted innocent. i dont give a damn if this man was a doctor or not, isabel did not deserve to die like this. She was known in her community to help people out of the goodness of her heart, never drawing attention to her good deads. The world will miss a woman like herself. those of you cracking jokes about wives who nag, and those of you saying Steven hall was innocent=Shame On you! there was also no evidence of alcohol, and it turns out that he said he tied a rope to her hand because she wouldve floated away. His story is that he threw her into the water after an argument and just meant to scare her with the boat. BS! I hope this man does not get away with this. It makes me want to go deal with him myself. My blessings and prayers go out to her 2 sons, and her entire family. JUSTICE FOR ISABEL

need more info here, something doesn't make sense, did he throw her into the water and then ran over her, or was she swimming, and he didn't see her????? to many unanswered questions

I wish there would be more details before a story is posted. did he want to run her over and did he do anything to save her once he did. it could be an accident or a ugly murder depending on those details.

I agree with theerk. We need more info. But maybe this was an accident. What was she doing in the water in the first place?? Water sports, water ski, tubing at the end of the boat? Maybe the Doc just didn't see her. Boaters are known for drinking.....so was there alcohol in either parties blood streams? Still too many questions. And being a Doctor the defendant can afford to hire an O.J. "dream team" defense. Hope the prosecutor has some good evidence....

Probably and accident but they have to fry someone so he will get it. Another innocent person on the way to prison. One of these days someone will smarten up.

Dude she was murdered.

Need more info. If she nags as much as mine does then it was self defense.
