Scrumptious Recipes Using Leftover Turkey

What to do with your turkey leftovers:

Turkey Fried Rice

2 cups turkey, chopped
4 cups rice, cooked
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 cup white onion, diced
2 tablespoons green onion, diced
4 tablespoons Oriental Wok Perfect Fried Rice Seasoning

Heat wok to proper smoking point. Swirl in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Toss in eggs and scramble until cooked. Add cooked rice and stir fry, keeping rice moving until heated through. Add white onion, green onion, and turkey. Stir for 1 minute.

Add Perfect Fried Rice Seasoning. Stir fry rice until evenly coated.


Turkey Lettuce Wraps

1 head iceberg lettuce
2 cups turkey, chopped
1/4 cup white onion, diced
1/4 carrots, diced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
White pepper and salt to taste

Cup lettuce cups from 1 head of lettuce.

Stir fry all the ingredients until hot and seasonings are well distributed. Spoon filling into lettuce cups and serve immediately.


Sesame Turkey

2 cups turkey, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup green bell peppers
1/2 cup yellow onion, strips
1/2 cup carrots, sliced
1/4 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces
6 oz. Oriental Wok Sesame Sauce

Place 1 tablespoon oil in skillet or wok over medium heat.

Stir fry vegetables and turkey for 1 minute. Add Sesame Sauce. Continue to cook until sauce is hot and bubbling.
