Cincinnati police say an argument over scrap metal led to a man's death St. Bernard.
Shortly before midnight on Sunday, officers were advised that a homicide had occurred.
When officers arrived, witnesses said two people had talked to them about the homicide. Officers were directed to a creek bed in the north end of St. Bernard which borders Elmwood Place.
The man has been identified as William Nauman, 47, of Springfield Township.
The Hamilton County Coroner confirmed the cause of death as blunt force trauma to the head. Officials say Nauman was also stabbed multiple times.
Investigators believe the crime happened sometime between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Sunday.
After interviewing the persons of interest, it was determined that the suspects and Nauman were friends and met there on a regular basis to hunt for scrap metal.
Police say Wesley Noble, 37, of Lower Price Hill and Jessie Mullins, 23, of Westwood got into an argument which ended in Nauman's death.
Noble and Mullins have been charged with aggravated murder and are currently behind bars at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
