The West Clermont school board will review the job status of Brenda Slaby in an executive session Thursday morning.
Slaby is the assistant principal at Glen Este Middle School, where her daughter died in her hot car.
Lawyers for Slaby and for the school board have discussed whether she'll resume that job.
The board may announce a decision at its regular meeting Monday night.
Also, on Wednesday, the Ohio Prosecutors Association reviewed Clermont County prosecutor Don White's proposal to change Ohio's child endangering law.
White wants to add an element of "negligence" to the law.
