Oh, it was probably just hair spray, or a little Right Guard left over in the can. Jeez...another mountain made from a molehill story. You saw it here first, on WCPO!

Maybe the owner of the can knew this guy was going through his garbage and stole his identity. You never know anymore.

It doesnt sound like a bad idea. I wouldnt want to pick up trash from anyone. who's to say what people put in their trash

He should've been wearing the protective suit BEFORE he got sprayed.Anything can spray out of the garbage.
