"Run Like Hell" Benefits Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Last Update: 10/25/2007 11:46 am
Get your best costume and running shoes ready, the Cincinnati Bell Run Like Hell takes place on Friday, October 26th at 7:30 p.m.

The Cincinnati Bell Run Like Hell begins as a normal nocturnal 5K run, in costume, through a cemetery. But it becomes something quite different at the finish line. Be there for Halloween Bash, complete with food, drink, a live band and costume contest emceed by WEBN’s Dawn Patrol. It all benefits the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

All proceeds benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation—a donor-supported, nonprofit organization determined to assure the development of the means to cure and control; cystic fibrosis, a scary, life-threatening genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive systems of over 30,000 people in the U.S. But what’s more scary is that more than 14 million Americans are symptomless carriers of the defective CF gene.

WCPO is a proud sponsor of the event.
