Cincinnati police have arrested a man accused of throwing rocks at cars on I-71.
Clyde Wynn is charged with felonious assault.
One of the rocks shattered a driver's windshield near Red Bank Road on Monday.
Rocks also hit several other cars, but no one was hurt.
