Police said two drivers, Susan Glace and Brandi Lane, got into a fight at a convenience store before crashing on Reading Road in Mount Auburn in May.
According to police, Glace abruptly changed lanes, forcing Lane's car into a utility pole.
Two passengers in Lane's car suffered serious injuries.
The judge also suspended Glace's license for five years and ordered her to pay $10,000 to each of the two victims.
