Eleven subcontractors who have worked on the Kenwood Towne Place have filed a lawsuit against the retail center's developer and lender.
The Business Courier reports the subcontractors claim the developer has not made efforts to pay them.
The lawsuit says they are owed a combined $5 million for their work.
The shopping center is anchored by Crate & Barrel, Kroger and the Container Store.
