A new study yields surprising results on the effectiveness of sunscreen.

The Environmental Working Group's study found that 84-percent of the 785 sunscreen products with an SPF rating of 15 or higher offer inadequate protection from the sun's rays.

Mosturizers with SPF 15 took the top six spots for the worst protection, followed by Coppertone Sport and Walgreens Sunscreen Lotion.

The group wants consumers to watch out for sunscreen with misleading claims, like "all day protection," "waterproof," "sweatproof" and "chemical-free."
