The Ohio State Patrol has released dash-cam video from the May traffic stop of Warren County Judge James Heath.
The video shows Judge Heath's car weaving on State Route 48 and then the judge failing a field sobriety test.
During the stop, Judge Heath tells the trooper that the state patrol is out to get him. Then later he says to the trooper, "I'll probably be dead by morning."
The judge was found dead at his home the next morning.
