A Park Hills police officer has recovered the stolen car of a Westside man whose death police considered to be suspicious.

Sgt. John Eddy spotted 83-year-old Herbert Abraham’s Pontiac Sunfire sitting in a no-parking lane on Breckenridge in Park Hills, Ky.

Eddy honked the horn several times and said that Roger Tucker walked out from the backyard of a home.

The officer arrested Tucker because he had a warrant out of Boone County for failure to appear.

Tucker is now being held in the Kenton County Jail, charged with criminal trespass and possession of burglary tools.

The Cincinnati Police have picked up the stolen car from Park Hills.  According to Sgt. Eddy, it belonged to Herbert Abraham, who was found dead in his apartment on Sunday.

Abraham’s death has been ruled a homicide.
