Deputies say a Terrace Park man used his dead mother's name at a CVS pharmacy in order to fill a prescription for hydrocodone.

Kevin Fay, 48, was arrested on Sunday afternoon, but deputies say the incident happened the day before at the store at 7500 Beechmont Avenue in Anderson Township.

Authorities say Fay called the pharmacy in an attempt to get a refill, but his mother died back on May 5.

The prescription was for 100 tablets, according to police.

Fay is facing one felony count of deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

He is scheduled for arraignment on Wednesday.
