CINCINNATI -- A Kentucky man is under arrest after police say he tried to entice and sexually assault a child in Carthage overnight.
It's a story you saw first on Good Morning Tri-State.
Police say 39-year-old Ricky Harris of Lawrenceburg, Ky. approached an 11-year-old child on
West 73rd Street around 10:20 Monday night.
According to police, Harris asked the child to get into his car, then also solicited the child to engage in sexual activity with him.
It does not appear the child was hurt in the incident.
Police arrested Harris a short time later on
Vine Street and charged him with child enticement and importuning.
