The Covington Police Department says a fourth person is behind bars for the murder of a Covington man.
Marion Lawson Parker III, 27, was taken into custody in Arlington Heights Thursday afternoon.
Parker, along with Patrick Lee Cooke, 24, Mary Ann Hartbarger, 34, and Samantha Nicole Mayse, 19, have all been charged with the murder of Shawn Davis.
Davis, 28, was found underneath the Dodsworth Lane Bridge on January 31. Firefighters did not discover Davis' body until they extinguished a fire.
Parker is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center awaiting extradition to Kentucky.

Authorities have not released how Davis died.
