Police Issue "Critical Missing" For Mother, Baby

New Richmond police have issued a "critical missing" report for a Tri-state mother and her nearly six-month-old baby.

Police say Miranda Kidd, 31, dropped the rest of her children off at a relative's house on Saturday, December 28, and has not picked them up, or been seen or heard from since.

Police say Kidd may have her baby with her and may be in the Price Hill area.

Police say Kidd is possibly involved with drugs.

Police gave this description:

  • White female
  • 5'7" tall, 145 lbs.
  • brown hair, blue eyes
