For the record I am the bartender from Winton Rd. applebee's and I was on duty the night this man came in, It was the very end of the night and he was only served one beer....He came in right at cut off time with a friend who was waiting for his girlfriend to get off there would have been no cut off point considering the first beer I served him was his the first and last because it was last call. Some people just do really stupid things no matter the amount they have drank and in this case it was not the beer!!!!

If they would have quit serving him someone would sue them for discrimination. I agree with 16ozbud though, he touches my plate, he's going down. As Roy D. Mercer would say "That's ripe ass-whooping material"!

He would have been pulling a fork out of the top of his hand had it been my plate he was snatching food from!!
