CINCINNATI -- Two men are facing charges after they were allegedly caught breaking into a Bond Hill orphanage.

Cincinnati police say officers noticed flickering lights in St. Aloysius Orphanage on Reading Road around midnight. Shortly after, officers saw two men take off with bags of stolen items.

Officers were able to apprehend Robert Willoughby, 18, and Andre Ogelsby, 20, after a brief foot chase.

Both are charged with felony breaking and entering.

Police also say the part of the building they targeted serves as an education center where 11 duffel bags full of new clothes were being stored.
