SHELBYVILLE, Ky. -- Governor Steve Beshear says that the plan to build a Harley-Davidson plant is not likely to happen.

Beshear released a statement saying the potential for pulling of a deal with the company is "significantly diminished."

The motorcycle plant in Shelbyville would have employed 2500 people.

Beshear is still hoping though and he says he may call lawmakers into a special session next month to consider an incentive package for the company.
