Numerous Michael Jackson fans gathered on Fountain Square and community centers Tuesday to watch the singer's memorial service.
There were some tears, but also plenty of tributes filled with dance and song.
Kids from the Leblond Boys and Girls club showed off some of their Michael Jackson dance moves.
Some still can't believe the King of Pop is gone.
"At first I couldn't believe it. He was so healthy. He was getting ready for his tour and I just couldn't believe that he was dead," said Tyler Perkins of Price Hill.
All eyes were on the television inside the Over-the-Rhine teen center during Michael Jackson's Memorial.
"I thought he was a great artist and singer and dancer. I loved a lot of his moves. He was a great inspiration to me by singing and dancing and contributing to the world," said Downtown resident Elijah Allen.
"He inspired a lot of people. He inspired Chris Brown and everybody to dance and he had some good moves. You watch Michael Jackson and you'd be like 'I want to be like him.' Wanting to do the kick of the leg and the moonwalk and stuff like that. He made people smile," Markese Tolbert said of Over-the-Rhine.
One man danced on the corner of Fountain Square in honor of Jackson.
Others spent part of their lunch break watching the memorial from the jumbo screen.
"It is very emotional. I still can't actually believe that he is actually gone. It's really hard, but I couldn't miss it. So I'm taking my lunch time to watch it," said Pam Brown of West Chester.
"I think the thing that's touching me the most about this whole memorial is just the impact that he had. He was just always around. You never expected he would be taken so suddenly. Just to see how much its impacted our nation I suppose and the whole world," said Mason resident, Ashley Randall.
