Thanks newmom. It happened last October and they finally caught up with the idiots. I agree steph, there are too many bars and too many immature turds occupying them. I love my little town, but its getting out of hand

I live near there and the place is going down hill. Last Saturday 8 people were arrested in no time at all. My opinion is to many bars in one square. They fight in the bars and on the street. They try to walk home because NO ONE IS too drunk I feel fine. How many underage drinkers are in those pubs??????????????

I live in Cheviot and went through the same thing with my son last year. He was crossing in the crosswalk around noon and a drunk drifter hit him, told him to get out of his way, then ran over his legs breaking both bones in his right leg. Nothing is more frustrating than having something like this happen, especially when the cowards take off. Why cant folks just take responsibilities for thier actions

fpguy..I was thinking the same. but I didnt want to disrespect the victim because she is a victim. The driver probably doesnt even know what he hit if he was driving under the influence. Most do run if they are drunk. Maybe he just came from Applebees

I live near there as well. It was probably a drunk or an illegal immigrant, maybe both. Another question is what was the lady doing at that corner at 2 in the morning?
