Pedestrian Struck In Cheviot Hit & Run

CINCINNATI -- A pedestrian is recovering after she was struck by a car in Cheviot early Thursday morning.

The accident happened just before 2 a.m. at the corner of Bridgetown Road and Harrison Avenue.

The victim allegedly told police a car jumped the curb and hit her as she stood on the sidewalk.

Rescue crews transported the woman to the hospital with a knee injury.

Police are still looking for the driver, who took off after the accident.
