Drivers will forever remember the sacrifice of a fallen Tri-State marine when they travel a local highway.
The Ohio House approved a bill Wednesday afternoon that includes a tribute to Marine Captain David “Seth” Mitchell.
The bill designates a stretch of State Highway 48 through Loveland the 'David S. Mitchell Memorial Highway.'
Captain Mitchell died in a mid-air collision in Afghanistan on October 26.
Funeral arrangements are still pending.
