Parole Board Recommends ‘No Clemency’ For Inmate

Last Update: 6/25/2009 12:31 am
The Ohio Parole board wants no mercy for an inmate sentenced to die next month.

The board is recommending Governor Ted Strickland deny clemency for 45-year-old John Fautenberry.

Fautenberry was convicted in the fatal shooting of a Hamilton County man in 1991.

He was also convicted of two murders in Alaska and New Jersey, and linked to two more in Oregon.
