Can you say Golden Child. With millions of americans out of work, even those with COLLEGE degrees, explain to me how in the H%!! this kid gets a job working the northslope or any other job without even a high school diploma? Yeah I bet he hopes McCain/Palin wins it will make life that much easier for him.

Poocheip, I marreid late and it was a mistake, I have a deadbeat ex-wife. Thousands of dollars in arrears on child support, there is they argument that you should marry young so you can grow together, before you get set in your ways. Just because you married young and were miserable does not mean everyone else will be that way. Just because I married late and was miserable does not mean everyone else will be. One thing that I have noticed is that if you give your unwanted advice, people tend to not want you around, right or wrong, it is their decision to make and you will be nothing but a busy body that should mind your own business.

I think its unfortunate that Gov. Palin's daughter is pregnant, throughout our lifetime we all make mistakes. But, I think the parents of these CHILDREN are making a hugh, hugh mistake by allowing, encouraging, or whatever adjative you want to use, by allowing them to marry so young. At 17 and 18 you don;t know anything, you think that you do but we all know that not true. Since the parents know this, they should discourage this marriage. It's doomed and headed for failure. Not wishing any bad luck on them, it's a fact. I know first hand, I was a child Bride, married at 18. Luckily I wasn't pregnant but it was hard. We stayed together for 18 years for the children, I realized at 24 years old that I had made a mistake. By that time we had 2 children so I tried to stick it out until they were grown, but I wasn't happy. I told my children about my mistake and urged them no to do the same. I encouraged them to go to college and to get established before marriage. They saw me struggling to get my degree, work and take care of them at the same time, with little emotional or physical support from their father. He did help financially, but that was all. I don't wish that on anyone it was HELL! Thank God we made it through. I make it my business to discourage kids from marrying young, by telling them my story, encouraging them to travel, go to school and enjoy life, before taking on that responsibility. I took being a wife and mother serious and put my happiness on the back burner, which was unfalr to myself. I could go on and on but I won't. Someone should POUND some sense into those parents. They can support the kids and their baby without the 2 of them being married.THAT'S STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She didn't teach her daughter birth control. She taught her abstinence. It really is a personal private matter, but Palin put it out there to play good family when really they have their good and bad points like every American family. The dropping out of school business is shameful. Who in their right mind would do that this day in age? Surrounded by educated folks, this should not happen and it should not be bragged about. Hopefully this young man will eventually get his GED and then college education so he can support his child.

I just wish everyone would focus on the election. Stop Butting into the families business. Teenage pregnancy happens everyday. Weither you are the future vice president's daughter, preachers daughter or just an average teenager. You cant watch what your kids are doing 24/7. Sarah Palin may have educated her daughter on birth control it is her daughters choice to use it correctly. Leave the family alone.

Reverse Roe v. Wade for teen pregnancies!Offer father promising vocational opportunity to secure his new family.Possible McCain administration cabinet posts for young Levi?Education?Labor?

Is this what Palin wants for our children's future? No education about birth control, abstinence only so when they get pregnant, and they will, drop out of school. Now that is a great future for the kids and a great future for America. A country full of drop outs. But darn they can sure bag a lot of animals. Wow.

IF this was Obama's daugther, she'd be smeared all over the place and so would the Obamas. Yes it happens every day. Abstinence doesn't work.
