Thousands of Owen Electric customers remain without power in Northern Kentucky, following this week’s winter storm.The outages are widespread and involve homes and businesses in Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Owen, Pendleton and Scott counties. Thirty additional crews from other electric co-ops arrived Thursday morning to help the Owen Electric crews.
Owen Electric expects to continue to restore power to customers through Saturday. Customers are asked to call: (800) 372-7612 if they come across a downed power line.
