BRIGHT, Ind. -- The Dearborn County Fire Department rescued two dogs Monday morning.
A Lawrenceburg couple on
Picnic Woods Drive woke up to noises coming from their backyard and called 9-1-1.
Firefighter Alec Schiering and EMT Tracy Underwood of The Bright Volunteer Fire Company showed up to find one dog on the porch and the other was found in the pool with his paws up on the side of the pool.
Both dogs are okay.
Officials have found the owner of the dogs.
