Last Update: 6/01/2009 7:11 pm
New information has been released about the second OVI arrest of Warren County Judge James Heath just hours before he was found dead by his wife.

The Ohio State Patrol has just released the report on the arrest.

After failing a field sobriety test and being handcuffed, the trooper says Judge Heath made a comment that he [the judge] would be dead by morning.

Troopers released Heath to his wife.

She found him dead in their home the next day.
