Mayor Mark Mallory announced Monday morning that the artworks program will paint murals in Avondale, Camp Washington, Carthage, Columbia Tusculum, Downtown, East Walnut Hills, Over-the-Rhine, Queensgate, and Spring Grove Village.
The murals will be painted by teens working with professional artists.
