Naked, Rock-Throwing Child Leads To Mom's Arrest

A Tri-state mother is facing criminal charges after one of her children was found naked, and throwing rocks at passing cars.

Twenty-one-year-old Felicia Wallace was allegedly found passed out inside her home on Diehl Road when police arrived Thursday afternoon.

It's alleged that her daughter Kiamua was seen running into the street while throwing rocks at approaching traffic.

Wallace's son, Javon, was seen by police to being doing the same thing, but he was not wearing any clothes.

Wallace is facing two counts of child endangering.

She was arrested nearly 45 minutes after the alleged incidents took place.

According to police reports, Hamilton County Job and Family Services was called to the scene.

It's unclear who is in custody of the children.
