According to police, 45-year-old Billy Couch of Mt. Orab lost control of his ATV while riding in the 1700 block of Old State Road. The ATV then hit a ditch, causing him to be thrown from the vehicle.
Couch was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
