Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Hamilton Accident

A motorcyclist is recovering after an accident in Hamilton Wednesday morning.

When Hamilton Police officers arrived at the scene of the accident at the intersection of Millville Avenue and Washington Boulevard, they found a motorcycle laying in the intersection with the rider unconscious. The motorcyclist, 48-year-old Richard Fournier of Hamilton, was taken to Fort Hamilton Hospital and then airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital.

Fournier's condition has not been released.

Witnesses told officials that a second motorcycle was seen being pushed away from the scene prior to officer's arrival. The second motorcycle was found behind a house on Millville Avenue.

The rider of the second motorcycle has not yet been located.
