Men Face Charges In Shooting Outside Local Bar

Two men will be in court Friday morning to face charges for their alleged involvement in a drive-by shooting outside a Springfield Township bar overnight.

Police say 29-year-old Ryan Brewster of Elmwood Place shot seven rounds from a handgun outside the Vogue Cafe on Vine Street, while 27-year-old Randy Brewster of Milford drove the getaway car.

According to police, Ryan was drunk when the shooting took place just before 2:30 Friday morning.

The pair will be arraigned on a variety of charges, including inducing panic, weapons violations and outstanding warrants when they appear in court at 9 a.m.
