My ex husband lives less than a half mile from this home invasion and was sleeping in his living room last night. When he woke up around 3 am he noticed that his PS3, all the games, DVD's, money and cigarettes were gone. He was recently in an accident and shattered a verterbre putting him off of work . He has to wear a full body brace and sleep in a recliner. He can't work so he has no income and the little bit of money he did have to pay his rent and utilities was stolen. They had come into his house with him sleeping not even 3 feet from where all of the items were taken. Thank god he slept through it because they would have probably shot him also. What is going on around here? This petty theft and shooting over a couple dollars is ridiculous. I'm outraged that there are human beings out there who don't give a damn who they hurt as long as they get what they want. We've agreed that a gun is the only way to protect yourself, your family and your belongings anymore.
