Police say a man was shot during a break-in at a Middletown home. Investigators say 26-year-old Eric Bailey was shot in the abdomen just before midnight at a home along the 2000 block of Winton Street.
Witnesses told police that two masked men broke into the home and demanded cash. Before they left, they allegedly shot Bailey. Police say he was taken to the Atrium Medical Center for surgery this morning. But we're still waiting for an update on his condition.
