A man has pleaded guilty to kidnapping and raping a Hamilton County employee.
Prosecutors say Tyrone Franklin attacked Michelle Dieterle as she walked to her office at Hamilton County Job and Family Services.
Several months later, she was stabbed to death, allegedly
by her estranged husband.
On Wednesday a judge sentenced Franklin to 15 years in prison.
The judge also declared Franklin a sexual predator.
