FAIRFIELD TWP., Ohio -- A man is recovering after a bucket truck he was working in fell on its side in Butler County Monday morning.

Police say the man was trimming trees around power lines in the 5300 block of Liberty-Fairfield Road when the truck fell around 10:30 a.m.

The Butler County Engineer's Office says Aaron Broughton was strapped into the bucket when it fell 15 feet. He was alert and conscious when he was transported to the Atrium Medical Center in Middletown. His condition has not been released.

Officials say Broughton has worked for the engineer's office for about 20 years.

The accident remains under investigation.

Police have not released any other information.
