At least his alive, my friend's dad died because of the Ohio State Hwy department not doing their job. They failed to place warning signs about the road that had gave away preveasly from another accident. The hwy gave away with his tractor trailor and caused it to flip over, which set the horrible events into motion that caused the death of a father, grandfather, and husband.

metro72: Simply (in writing) request "validation" from the collection agency. Since they've already told you they have no info, they won't be able to provide the validation and they will have to clear the record.

It is only ashame that there are not any good lawyers that will support this gentlemens claim and take the crooked ohio politicians all the way to the bank. I am totally against bogus lawsuits, but I would support this one. This is a pretty good example of what support, the people you help vote into office, give you.

Paul is actually my Godfather. He is one of the most down to earth, easy going people that you would ever want to meet. One of those people that are never phased by anything. I'm involved in the Knights of Columbus and we have recently adopted a highway for a 2 mile stretch near my hometown. After hearing and reading about this story, I will make it a point to see that we are finished with that program. They can pick up their own damn trash (like they actually would anyway), but at least it would make me feel better.

As if the economy isn't bad enough, Ohio wants to take this man's home & property for 25 bucks?! Then the repave the road & put the same reflectors in?? For goodness sakes! They're just trying to force money out of people! The state & the people involved in crap like that should be ashamed of themselves! Such a horrible world we live in today because of people like them! They aren't even thinking of the potential dangers involved in installing faulty road equipment. Parents are driving small children on those roads EVERYDAY! How would you state workers (ATTOURNEY GENERAL)feel if your family members, especially SMALL INNOCENT CHILDREN were seriously injured or even killed because of you're selfish actions?? You don't even deserve the position God has blessed you with!! Something for you to truely think about!

CHARPER1, was Jim Beam and/or Jack Daniel’s helping you write that comment? Or perhaps Mary Juanita?
