Mr. Yepyep please tell me if you have a cop standing in your home for whatever reason and you say to that cop out of anger "I hope the next motherf*c*er you pull over blows your head off" It is not a direct threat either because you didn't threaten to shoot him you referred to it as someone else doing it, how is that a crime ? I know someone who did that some years back and that cop was given 30 days to decide whether or not he wanted to press charges against that person.
